The Burke Group had triplets!

Li passed his candidacy exam and both Justin and Thomas passed their qualification exam all in the physics department.  We welcome them to the group and thank them for not failing!  Check them out on the Members portion of the website.

Also, Thomas will now be the web manager.  Send any broken links, updated email addresses, etc. to him. Updates, including who is working on what, are coming soon!

Aurora and group alumnus Stefano have submitted, "Thermal Density Functional Theory in Context," to be included in an upcoming Springer title: Computational Challenges in Warm Dense Matter.  Sneak peaks on the arXiv and on our Publications page!

Congratulations to Lucas, Miles, and Steve who just received word that their Phys. Rev. Lett. titled "Guaranteed Convergence of the Kohn-Sham Equations" appeared!  You can get a view of their work here or on our Publications page.
